Provide process support and technical expertise to improve the quality and reliability of plant production and operation. Work with a variety of team members to support and improve plant safety, quality, and reliability initiatives. Evaluate equipment performance and implement improvement ideas. The Project Engineer also provides technical support for existing processes and systems.
Successful execution of this position allows the process to run at an optimized state, which allows the business to run more efficiently with less costly downtime and higher quality product.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering. Must have 10+ years in a chemical and/ or food related manufacturing facility doing project management
Must have good communication skills and the ability to be self directed or work as a team.
