Position Type: Full Time - (36-40 HRS)
Description: Summary: To grow scan volume and cultivate additional referral sources. Has responsibility for managing a territory to promote Alliance services through its contracted customers. Develops and implements an account management plan for assigned customers to meet target scan volume expectations.
For Account Executives assigned to Imaging Centers, facilitating the smooth transition of responsibility for specific referral sources to the Imaging Center Manager may also be requested.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Drives scan volume by calling on referring and potential referring sources for assigned customers to validate critical decision drivers and demonstrates how those needs can be met. Utilizes consultative selling strategies through needs assessment and other tools to establish oneself as a solutions source point of contact for relationship development with referring physician offices. Keep abreast of developments in the industry and communicate such to referrers
2. Identifies and monitors referral pattern changes with current referring physicians and takes appropriate action to address volume loss; Examines Alliance trend data, explains variances and takes appropriate action to meet account management objectives. Designs and develops respective collatorel materials.
3. Participates as appropriate in prospective customer sales presentations, new customer start-ups and quarterly business reviews. Develops and maintains relationships with clients, assists in contract renewals.

Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university required. Minimum 2 years sales and/or marketing experience. Healthcare industry preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Must be willing to travel.
