Requirements include -Skilled in developing instructor-led, web-based training (WBT) and blended learning solutions -Experience with web/multimedia development tools such as Flash and Dreamweaver and graphic design/manipulation tools such as Photoshop a plus -Knowledge/experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS), SCORM, and Section 508 desired -Candidates for the Senior ISD position should have experience leading design teams and mentoring junior ISDs Responsibilities include: -Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience of the ISD process in the development of paper-based and web-based courseware -Web 2.0 knowledge and experience a plus -Experience working with subject matter experts (SMEs) -Experience conducting front-end analyses, focus groups, evaluation -Ability to develop instructionally sound learning solutions and testing materials -Demonstrated ability to apply creative instructional themes and strategies to a variety of delivery media including classroom and online -Ability to work effectively (adaptable and flexible) in a fast-paced corporate environment -Effective communication skills in interaction with the client, project team, and senior management -Education: Senior-level ISD candidates must possess 8+ years of training-related experience; Mid-level ISD candidates must possess 4+ years of training-related experience. Both must have extensive knowledge of the Instructional Systems Design model to design, develop, plan, and organize training programs. B.S. required, M.A. preferred.
