Lead the retail team to ensure sales quotas are met or exceeded monthly;
Ensure profitability and smoothness of operations; this includes ensuring high levels of customer care at both the retail store and kiosk locations;
Represent the company in a positive manner.
Analyze data and make cost-effective decisions that sustain revenue and minimize customer churn.
Responsible for staffing, training, developing, and motivating store employees.
Responsible for all inventory and financial paperwork necessary for the business units assigned.
Ensure store and kiosk is clean and stocked with accessories, contracts and collateral.
Purchase supplies and contract work needed to ensure continued efficient operations.
Coordinate with other departments as needed.
Work with community to increase sales.
College Degree desired but not required
2-3 yrs successful sales experience in management role in retail setting.
Special Training or Competence:_MS Office, wireless experience, knowledge of how sales works.
