Time Warner Cable currently seeks an Inside Sales Manager for our Texas Market Commercial Sales Department.

JOB SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Manager supervises the daily business needs of 10-15 Reps and their customer’s needs. The focus will be to coach and train the Inside Sales Reps and help evaluate current TWC Commercial customers to make recommendations on providing better customer service to the account base, as well as to generate specific revenue targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coach and train the employees based on observed actions and customer interactions on phone calls and/or correspondence.
• Make sales reps accountable by evaluating their sales and customer service activity on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings
• Work with the employees on their daily/weekly/monthly sales forecasts.
• Gather and report needed financial analysis as needed.
• Interview new job candidates as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience managing a call center, with emphasis on sales.

Sales team management/supervision in a Telecom environment preferred.

Experience in working with a fortune 500 customer base.

Sales forecasting expertise.

A successful history of meeting a team quota attainment as a leader.
