This job has been closed, and is no longer taking applications.Categories: Construction Job Description Direct field personnel in completion of waterproofing and caulking scopes of work on commmercial construction projects. Utilize job set up documentation, approved submittals, construction drawings and specifications to determine start dates and duration of work; also utilize this information, along with communication with our customer, to determine manpower and material needs. Daily job site visits and communication with customer to address questions or concerns with application procedures and scheduling updates. Inspect work on a daily basis to confirm productivity and quality of work. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree from four year college or univeristy; or two years of related experience and/or training; or equvalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and work force.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic Algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Must possess valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Ability to obtain OSHA 30 hour certification, CPR, and first aid, blood borne pathogens, forlift certification, powder actuated tool certification, scaffold certification, and fall protection certification.
Able to talk and hear, stand, wallk, site and use hands and fingers to handle or feel; occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds. Vision abilities reqquired by thisjob include close vision, distance vision, color vision,peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust vocus. Ability to perform job functions while wearing respirator.
