Title: Assistant Rental Car Facility Manager - Dallas - Fort Worth, TX
Location: US-TX-Dallas

• Directing and coordinating all transportation services including shuttling and cleaning cars as a contracted service for a major rental car company.
• Maintains daily budget for payroll, and operating expenses.
• Plans and schedules the work performed by the Transporters and Service Agents.
• Monitors/Inspects the work of the Transporters and Service Agents to ensure it meets the specifications for our SOW. 
• Recruits, hires, retains, trains, promotes, and terminates staff as defined by ARAMARK policies and procedures.
• Ensures all workers are trained in the tasks that encompass their work instructions. 
• Conducts all necessary safety training of employees.
• Performs inspections, keeps supply and product inventory.
• Carries a mobile telephone and/or radio to handle contingencies as they arise during the workday and is "on call" for emergencies and assistance.
• Spends more than 60% of time overseeing and actively contributing to on and off-lot services, Quality Inspections, Safety Audits, and iInspire employee recognition.
• Operates all equipment, drives vehicles, and does all processes that are expected of the supervised workers.

• Minimum of 3 -5 years of operational experience in a management level role.
• 1-3 years experience providing management oversight of a car rental facility highly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.  Associates or Bachelors from a Facility Management degree program preferred.
• General knowledge of computers and common programs i.e. Word, Excel, Project 98
