The primary responsibility of the Analyst I is to process Agency mortgage transactions. Specific duties include but are not limited to ordering 3rd party reports; initializing document requests; receiving and reviewing due diligence documentation; communicating with governmental agencies regarding zoning, taxes, certificates of occupancy and code violations; communicating with Borrower regarding documentation and information requests; accumulation of due diligence materials and organizing underwriting file which includes setting up both the hard file and computer file. Additional responsibilities include the delivery of required documentation to both internal departments and the Agencies.
Prior loan document knowledge preferred.
