| Time Warner Cable currently seeks Inbound Sales Reps for our Marketing & Sales Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position. Position Summary: The Inbound Sales Agent is responsible for driving sales through up-selling and cross selling techniques as well as delivering World Class Service to our customers. •Establish and maintain World Class levels of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions. •Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals by utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches. •Close prospective customers using working knowledge of the Time Warner Cable products and services. •Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell existing customers. •Handle inquiries with regard to product, pricing, order expediting, customer relations and complaints. •Handle all incoming sales phone calls with courtesy and professionalism. •Responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries accurately and timely. •Required to pay close attention to details in reviewing, adding, or changing services per customer request. •Learn ACSR system regarding all aspects of order entry, order inquiry, customer, customer cross-reference, and any other functions necessary to perform daily tasks. •Perform other job duties as assigned. •Punctual and regular attendance
