WANTED: Houston Investment firm has an immediate opening for a Proactive Corporate Paralegal with a finance background. Eligible candidates will have 3+ years corporate transaction and regulation experience. Must be familiar with SEC rules and filings; specifically, the Investment Company Act of 1940 and Section 16 filings. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in corporate governance/ regulation, compliance and business development.
