Principle duties and responsiblities consist of processing of new leaves and all daily follow ups assigned; determine eligibility and availability of leave time for each employee requesting FMLA leave; determine and generate appropriate communications to comply with FMLA regulations and customer procedures.
A degree from a four year college is preferred. In addition, qualified candidates will possess good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to provide quality customer service while working in a fast paced and production environment.
Sucessful completion of the Leave Management training program is required.
