Job Summary:
- Oversee and manage production engineers and technical staff.
- Prepare annual reviews and any other necessary management reporting requirements for direct reports.
- Monitor AFE vs. capital costs for all production operations projects in manager's respective area of responsibility.
- Develop and monitor annual capital budgets for production operations activities in their respective areas of responsibility.
- Monitor lease operating expenses and production for manager's respective area of responsibility.
- Work directly with field operations directing and optimizing production enhancement efforts.
- Ensure adherence to all federal and state regulations.
- Provide facilities engineering and optimization support to each of the producing districts.
- Assist districts in developing and monitoring annual capital budgets for pipeline/facilities.
- Initiate cost savings projects on existing pipelines and facilities.
- Oversee the mapping, drafting, and modeling of the pipeline systems.
- Perform continual review of pipeline systems and facilities with the district field personnel in the respective locations.
- Communicate with exploration and development teams as necessary to ascertain the information needed to recommend facility expansion projects.
- Ensure adherence to all federal and state regulations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- This position supervises others directly and through subordinate supervisors.
- Extensive knowledge of production operations is required.
- Makes decisions independently in planning, organizing and conducting work assignments.
- Identifies and implements better work alternatives and business processes.
- May provide input in setting objectives and policy, identifying critical issues and introducing new concepts.
- Typically plans, conducts, and coordinates assignments and reviews progress and results.

Job Requirements
Manager Facilities and Production Operations Requirements:
- Bachelors/Master’s in Petroleum Engineering
- 15 years experience in Petroleum Engineering
- Extensive knowledge of facilities operations is required
- Ability to work well with others to archive a common goal is critical.
