Sodexo is seeking an experienced Environmental Services/ Custodial Manager for UH Case Medical Center a high profile Blue Chip account located in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a 1,032 bed Regional Teaching Facility with over 2.6 million sq ft cleanable area - including adult/pediatric medical and surgical specialties. The ideal candidate will oversee the professional development, training and scheduling and quality assurance for 16-20 non-union employees and will be responsible to take the lead with presentations and ongoing meetings. Must have Solid ES/custodial management background in a large hospital environment and have a proven track record as a strong leader/mentor. Must be familiar with hospital regulations, including JCAHO, bedtracking and floor care systems.

The preferred candidate for this position will have solid knowledge of Sodexo ES Systems and processes including TRAKKAR, UOS, Gold Check, ENGAGE and Black Light inspections. High energy for fast paced environment. Client engagement and patient satisfaction is essential for the success of this role. This is a morning shift position and the Custodial/Housekeeping Manager will be required to participate in a rotational "on call" schedule involving rotating weekends and holidays.

Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
