Web UI Developer
We are seeking a UI developer with specialization in front end technologies CSS, JQuery, and Ajax for a 6 month Contract Opportunity in New York City. Responsibilities include designing and developing web-based B2B product applications. Candidate should be a team player, innovative and have a dynamic approach to development.

Responsibilities:

• Implement web-based features using various technologies, JavaScript\JQuery, Ajax and CSS.
• Play a major role in the design and development of internal application and public facing web UIs.
• Modify and enhance existing JavaScript libraries including JQuery libraries.
• Work with team of developers to design and implement effective and scalable technical solutions.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

• Expert skill level in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong experience with user interface development.
• Strong experience with cross-browser development.
• In depth knowledge of protocols and standards for website design and usability.
• Bachelors College degree

Huge Pluses:

• Knowledge of Web Service technology and experience using Soap and Restful  Web Services.
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming concepts.
• Some understanding of multi-tiered web application.
• Any Experience with .NET Active Server Pages.
• Knowledge of Web Service technology and experience using Soap and Restful  Web Services.
