Additional information may be found at www.citigroup.com or www.citi.com. •Focus on building organizational capability as a critical member of the Consumer Banking NA Senior HR leadership team; partner closely with ER, Legal, Staffing, Compensation and HRIS teams to deliver required services to line partners-Strengthen the culture and leaders within assigned business groups-Coach seniors to improve their individual leadership skills, focus on talent, differentiate performance, embrace diversity, etc.-Assess current organizational talent; ensure proper succession; design, implement and track performance mgmt strategy-Ensure employee performance is differentiated and appropriately rewarded-Partner with business leaders to determine the appropriate strategy and organization structure for business groups-Align people resources with business strategy (right people in right jobs)-Objectively assess and diagnose business problems and identify opportunities-Lead change management initiatives-Offer new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business and HR efficiency and effectiveness Job Requirements Knowledge/Experience-Experienced business advisor who can partner with senior leaders in the development of business and HR strategies-Proven ability in Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Design and cultural change-10 years HR leadership/overall business experience-Bachelor's degree required Skills/Competencies-Demonstrated ability to operate strategically-Demonstrated ability to assess, attract and retain key executive talent-Exceptional coaching and consultative skills-Strong communication, influence, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship building skills-Ability to deal with differing/changing contexts
