Our Direct Sales Representative represent the evolving face of our company and provide our customers with innovative and competitive products and services.
Essential Job Functions: Successful track record with sales quotas and target goals. Gain in-depth knowledge of our innovative offerings, products and services. A persistent self-starter who can effectively highlight our products and how they compare to our competitors in order to influence new customers. Have current knowledge and understanding of the Cable, Satellite or Telecom Industries. Will target former and new customers, door to door, to position and sell all of Time Warner Cable’s product sets, including, but not limited to Digital Phone, Video, High-Speed internet service and Mobile Internet products and other ancillary offerings. Each month the Direct Sales Representative (DSR’s) will be assigned and responsible for targeting former portfolio of Time Warner Cable customer homes to win back. Portfolios may change as business climate varies. DSR’s must achieve and maintain the minimum performance standards as communicated by the senior sales leadership team. DRS's are required to work a 40 hour work week.
Job Qualifications: Must have previous sales experience, preferably in the Telecom industry. Prefer 1+ years sales experience. Some college is preferred. Must have a valid NY, NJ, CT or PA driver’s license along with a clean and satisfactory driving record. All DSR’s must have a vehicle registered in their name to conduct business. Must have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable presenting to small groups. Representatives should be energetic; articulate; confident and persuasive. This job will be located in either Staten Island, Queens, Brooklyn and Bergan County.
