Compensation:  $15.00 to $19.00 per hour

Our Minnetonka client has an immediate need for an Accounting Specialist to help support a system conversion. This role will help support data cleansing on the master data file, specifically auditing vendor file set up. This role is highly transactional in nature, and you will be working with a large amount of data entry, quality assurance and research. You will be responsible for performing data entry for new vendor set up, researching issues related to duplicate files in the master data file, and resolving those issues with minimal distraction to the team that utilizes those records daily. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 3+ years of transactional accounting experience, specifically in A/P or A/R. Strong data entry experience is required, as well as very strong accuracy and attention to detail. Must be able to prioritize effectively in an ever changing business. Previous exposure to large ERP software (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson, JD Edwards, etc) and previous work within the vendor master file is highly preferred.

Job Requirements
3+ years of transactional accounting experience
Previous exposure working with the vendor master file in a large company ERP
Associates Degree in Business or Accounting
