Job Description
The closers will work in all aspects of closing a file from prepping the instructions to sending the closing package. The closer may be required to assist with the funding of the transaction and post closing depending on work volume.
Job Requirements
-Previous Mortgage Closing Experience
-Advanced knowledge of RESPA/MDIA as it relates to the 2010 HUD-1 Settlement Statement
-Ability to work independently in a changing environment
-Strong compliance knowledge of closing documents
-Comfortable working in a paperless environment
-Works well under tight deadlines
