Arden Courts of Bingham Farms, MI has a Nurse Management Opening.

The Nurse Manager oversees day to day activities and personnel within your service area. This position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism due to constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction. Additional responsibilities includes implementation of all policies and procedures established in the Risk Management and Infection Control Manuals to maintain a safe environment, assessment and monitoring of residents' health care needs through appropriate actions, training, consultation, and delegation. This position is also responsible for hiring, training, supervising and developing Resident Services Supervisors and Resident Caregivers. This includes the delegation of tasks and monitor service delivery for Resident Services Supervisors and Resident Caregiver staff. Additionally, this position is responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of health-related supplies, equipment and supplemental services for residents. Finally, this position is responsible for the supervision of house cleaning and laundry.

2-3 years clinical experience, gerontological nursing including dementia population preferred.
