· Workflow – 1 custom workflow process in SM
· Custom reports and dashboards – 4-6 custom reports
· Problem management – plan for implementing the Problem Management module
· IT Change Management – plan for implementing the Change Management module
Train internal IT and help desk staff
ITIL experience or qualifications a plus
