SUCCESS FACTORS:

• Implement exciting projects to take your client infrastructures to the next level, meeting deadlines
• Become an integrated member of the Engineering and Service Delivery team
• Resolve problems independently but also effectively utilize available resources as needed
• Independently diagnose and resolve complex systems and network issues including MS Exchange, network “ghosts", DNS, Active Directory, Backup and other issues that arise for your clients
• Become intimately familiar with and feel personal ownership of assigned client IT Infrastructures
• Technology you will have the opportunity to implement (sample list):  VMware, Citrix Xen Server, VDI, Exchange 2010, Server 2008, SharePoint, Disaster Recovery Solutions, Local to Cloud Migrations, Infrastructure Rebuilds, Managed Services, Archiving and Email Continuity.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge and experience in project implementation and troubleshooting complex IT issues
• Experience with VMware Virtualization technology, MS Exchange, MS Server 2008, Firewalls, Site to Site connectivity, Server Migrations and Email archiving  preferred
• Be a professional and a positive team player willing to do what it takes for the team and the client.
