Job Description

The primary responsibilities associated with the role of Clinical Supervisor include the direct supervision of staff clinicians, APPIC pre-doctoral interns and/or practicum students across one of more programs. 

The Clinical Supervisor may also provide direct clinical service delivery as necessary. 

Additional responsibilities may include the supervision of psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations, conducting specialized evaluations, program development, administrative-on-call coverage and other clinical, administrative and/or supervisory tasks.

Job Requirements

For consideration, an applicant must:

• Be a licensed psychologist in MA with a minimum of 1 year of clinical supervision experience.
• Have experience supervising evidenced based interventions (i.e. CBT, DBT, ABA) with children, adolescents and/or young adults.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, clinical formulation and treatment planning skills.
• Safely and effectively address varios risk-management issues.
