Mechanical Inspection Specialist
Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, ANSI/ASME Y14.5
Volt Workforce Solutions has a temp-to-hire opportunity available in Cambridge, MA for a Mechanical Inspection Specialist.
Position Description:
Responsibilities in this position include developing and implementing inspection routines for measuring mechanical parts with complex features and geometries.
Work in this position includes establishing inspection methodologies, including the generation of sophisticated subroutines and software programs for state-of-the-art CMM (Coordinate Measure Machines) and other precision equipment.
Additionally, the position involves generation of detailed Lab reports to document results. Work is done independently, with very little supervision.
