Responsibilities:

Answer all incoming calls and direct as needed. Supporting and working closely with the Inside and outside sales team on support and licensing issues.Prospect and Identify oppportunities through campaigns and assigned leads for all imaging, eCopy and Dragon solutions.Customer support for all Retail and eCommerce callers. Responsible for producing revenue by selling, closing and working with OM. Each SDR reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager individually and as a team.

 

  • Responsible for Aprox 150+ inbound and outbound calls per day or aprox 3,225 inbound and outbound calls per month
  • Discrete revenue generation and responsibility - $500k team- $250K per SDR per quarter.
  • Answering and responding to all inbound calls for Imaging, Dragon Naturally Speaking and eCopy,equitrac
  • Responding to eCommerce and Retail Consumer questions and Issues
  • Direct customer support for licensing and directing when needed for technical support
  • Replying to all Channel driven questions
  • Outbound calls to Imaging Campaigns created by the Imaging and DNS BU-
  • Discovery process for all Campaigns and passing qualified leads to the Inside or Outside Sales Reps
  • Generating  orders to OM for DNS, PDF and EPPO products in excess of $450,000 per quarter in revenue-
  • Follow-up on EPPO and PDF evaluations that time out and are directed to the SDR's for discovery and potential revenue opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong background in software and solution sales
