Job Description
Our client is one of the oldest and most established independent agencies in the South. They offer commercial insurance, personal lines, employee benefits and risk management solutions to regional and national clients. The Shreveport office is a centerpiece of the agency's work in the region and they seek expansion in the employee benefits area. Producers with experience working in Louisiana or surrounding markets will bring contacts important to growing a book of business. Supported by key markets and existing infrastructure you'll be charged with seeking out business relationships that lead to new business production.

Employee Benefits Producer Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is highly desired.
- At least 2-3 years of group life and health sales and account management experience; this can include applicable agency sales experience or work for a group carrier in a sales and business development role.
- Active state life and health license
