Job Description
Kelly Services is currently hiring an experienced
Business Integration Analyst
for a premier distribution center in Louisville

JOB SUMMARY:
Performs data analysis, supporting all aspects of Business Development and Integration on major programs and sales initiatives; identifies and reports trends; explains specific profitability calculations and metrics to all levels of management as needed. Develops and maintains internal databases; coordinates data needs for internal studies and projects with Home Office and Field Management. This position reports directly to the Manager of Strategic Performance Management.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Maintains Profitability database for Customer, Product and Program information using Hyperion Essbase and Business Objects. 
Maintains, tracks and communicates sales program goals (i.e., sales, margin, and focus), including maintaining goals. Answers all associate and management questions.
Assists in managing security for all system report users. Also provide assistance to end users on the product features.
Works directly with field and Home Office Management to create static and ad-hoc reports to identify sales and margin trends and explain potential impact to the business.
Provides follow-up and ad-hoc data reporting and analysis in areas such as: the rollout of private label initiatives to assure accuracy of pricing and margin data; distribution center and Home Office contract compliance initiatives, provides follow-up reporting and eventual billing of compliance fees; margin impact analysis on compliance initiatives for home office and area/dc management; ensuring compliance, and billing; product reporting to include account listing and monthly comparison of current versus previous year sales; reporting on field performance against key indicators; provides data and reports for use in the development of profitability models; etc..
Performs operational studies to identify costs of major programs and services. Assists in determining profitability of these programs and service and updating Hyperion profit model.
  
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Four year degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
At least three years in a financial or contract administration position where the essential job functions previously mentioned were part of your regular work duties.
Previous work experience requiring attention to detail, data management and data reporting.
Ability to review and analyze information from multiple sources.
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with teammates at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated data management skills
Strong PC skills with a good understanding of Excel, Word and Access software.
Planning and organizational skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Ability to work under structured supervision, independently and as part of a team.
General understanding of margins and margin trends.
Demonstrated coordination and project management skills.
