Position Summary:

Practice Sales - Operations Managers play a vital role in the overall performance and success of each office. Aspen Dental managers share responsibility and partner with Managing Clinical Directors for the development of individual practices by maximizing patient services, executing operationally, and meeting financial performance goals.  The primary responsibility and key success factor for this position is to deliver consultations to patients during their first visit in order to educate them on their diagnosis and gain commitment to the required treatment.  The remaining responsibilities encompass operations including staff management, patient service, and office administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Educating patients with clear and concise treatment plan presentations.
  • Committing patients to begin treatment.
  • Maximizing case acceptance to meet sales goals.
  • Providing support and service to patients to enhance their experience and promote retention
  • Responding to key performance indicators to ensure practice success.
    Staffing and motivating your office team for optimal practice performance.
Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 2-5 years experience in a sales management or retail management environment, some combination of management and sales required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
  • Competitive spirit with a strong desire to succeed, exceed goals, and maximize opportunities.
  • Demonstrates the ability to solve common problems and to provide immediate solutions.
  • Demonstrates the ability to build relationships, both internally and with patients.
  • Knowledge of basic dental terminology a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications and other office related products.
  • Resume must demonstrate stable employment history.
