Job Description
    Our Griffith Local drivers deliver Fresh Fruit and Produce to our established customer base in the Chicagoland area.  Drivers operate a 53' Tractor Trailer in various conditions delivering to warehouses and distribution centers palletized and boxed products.

    Our drivers do work, This is not a driving job only.  Drivers are responsible for counts on and off of the truck, and as necessary will help to unload at the customer location.

    Our operation is 24/7 although this is a local position, there could be occassions in which you must be laid over due to DOT regulations.

    Our drivers DO NOT have a set work schedule, we can not guarantee you will not work weekends or holidays.  Unfortunately, in the Produce business never stops, so we need drivers who understand this and are willing to do what is necessary to meet the customers demands.

   

   

Job Requirements
This Job Requires:
  

- Physically Fit enough to get in and out of the Truck, and to be able to move full cases of Produce as necessary.

- Class A, CDL (Commercial Driver's License)

- Good MVR and CSA  Records

- No Speed over 15 the past 3 years

- No DUI

-No Felony Convictions

-No Violent or Drug Related Convictions

-A self starter type personality
