A Patient Account Representative is needed on a temporary basis to act in a financial counselor/billing and collections role. This position is needed for approximately 8-10 weeks beginning on or around July 16. This position is responsible for explaining the fee schedule to patients and collecting fees prior to patient receiving infertility services. The position will also enter charges, post payments and follow up on claims in NextGen. As needed, covers the front desk, schedules appointments, and checks patients in and out.
Candidate must have coding experience, preferably GYN, infertility coding knowledge. Must have experience verifying benefits and pre-certification of procedures.
Hours for the position are: Monday – Thursday 8:00 am- 4:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am-12:00 pm. Job Requirements
