Job Description

POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN ALL OF OUR MT SALONS!

Deliver outstanding customer service while providing high quality nail services including manicure, pedicures and nail enhancements, accurately and thoroughly, in accordance with established procedures.  Take initiative and action to improve/perfect knowledge and skills.  Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional image.  Display a high standard of customer service, courteous and attentive to client needs.  Develop new customers, maintain client cards and send notes to existing clients. 

• Provide thorough, accurate nail services, in accordance with established procedures.

• Take initiative and action to nail service & product knowledge and skills.

• Greet clients and perform a consultation prior to treatment.

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service while being courteous and attentive to client needs and to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a positive, professional image and high standards of service, appearance and behavior throughout the appointment.

• Proactively develop new customers, maintain client cards, send notes to existing clients and achieve performance matrix according to expectations.

• Consistently strive to meet established service and retail sales goals and assist clients in the selection of additional retail products or services as appropriate for their needs.

• Clean and organize designated work area following each client and at the end of each business day.

• Prepare work area and equipment to comply with all safety standards and company policies.

• Attend and participate in various training meetings and outside beauty shows.

• Must be able to recommend product, service series to support the company initiatives in accordance with promotions etc.

• Assist in the departmental cleaning responsibilities to include towels, glasses, dusting, sanitation protocols, etc.

Job Requirements

• Appropriate training, experience and certification (established for specific levels of the position).

• Possess a thorough knowledge of all nail services and related application procedures.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Strong (English speaking) communication skills. 

• Flexible, reliable, and available to work various schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays.

• Current applicable license.
