Job Description

Chief Marketing Officer

Chief Marketing officer is responsible for leading the marking functions and to clearly establish a well-developed, cohesive and overarching marketing strategy to build the brand in line with core values and to take the organization to new areas of revenue and opportunity.

Job Requirements

          

  • Help to inspire the internal organization by articulating the true essence of the brand.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a passionate, committed Branding and Communications team.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations, staff and related agencies.
  • Work with the President/CEO to identify and develop growth opportunities into new areas, new geographies, and/or new channels while retaining and sustaining the culture of excellence, integrity and leadership embedded it is Vision and Mission.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to train and develop the Ambassador team
  • Management of the COWC Executive Marketing staff and their core responsibilities.
  • Educate and build awareness about the Vision and Mission while continuing to strengthen brand image in taking Chiro One Wellness Centers nationally.  
  • Actively seek and manage multiple marketing strategies then ensure the seamless execution of the strategy across channels and constituents.
  • Monitor and manage the ROI for all marketing initiatives.
  • Be responsible that all communication is presented in a powerful, educational and enrolling way and appeals to the needs and interests of our target market.
  • Enable an environment defined by communication, learning, and dynamic creative output.
  • Oversee weekly Mar-Com Meeting with all Marketing Staff department heads for updates, status of projects and results.

  • Proven track records of generating results, managing teams and collaborating with others on integrated marketing efforts in a national/global scale.
  • Solution oriented approach to realize strategic and measurable results objectives.
  • Extensive project management experience, ability to manage heavy workloads and rapidly shift priorities based upon the organizational needs.  
  • Strong strategic and business acumen.
  • Strong management skills and experience leading wide-scale initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of the creative production process.
  • Experience working in a complex, fast-paced organization in strongly preferred.
  • Flexibility and ability to travel.

Essential job Qualifications

  • BA/BS in marketing/communications/business is required
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Healthcare and/or retail experience preferred but not necessary
  • Greater than 5 years in marketing, analytics, consumer insights, sales/business developments, management and leadership experience.
  • Strong general business orientation required and experience with profit and loss.
  • Must have clear grasp of marketing function’s role in driving business acquisition and retention.
  • Understanding of and experience in developing advertising strategy, experience in developing and or evaluation of marketing collateral, and familiarity with media/PR planning.
  • Collaborate with COWC executive team to lead integrated, effective overall business plans to meet financial and growth objectives.
  • Provide strong, proactive leadership to maintain a positive business climate, motivate employees, and function as an effective advocate for change and growth.
  • Effectively leverage market data to drive strategic decisions and deliver on growth objectives.
  • Strengthen and maintain a collaborative, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial environment that stresses employee performance, teamwork, management credibility, and success.
  • Experience working as a CMO in both practical daily functions and developing, implementing and analyzing growth strategies.
