Working within a Managed Technology Services organization to provide the following services to our diverse client base
Day to day operational maintenance & support of web sites and web based applications running on the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 & 2007 platform
Development of minor enhancements for customer web sites and applications running on the SharePoint platform
Project based work building new web sites and applications using the Microsoft SharePoint
Work with internal and external clients to define requirements, design and implement solutions Receive, respond and resolve client support issues
Excellent customer service and communication skills are absolutely required
Responsible for implementing and executing ITIL-based processes and procedures to the satisfaction of the client and NTT Data leadership
Ideal Candidate would have the following skills:
Desired 1 year of experience working with SharePoint as a CMS platform for public facing web sites is highly desirable
Experience installing and deploying custom web parts & features in a production environment;
Experience working with the SharePoint API
Experience with Team Studio is desired
Familiarity with Reporting Services, BizTalk and other Microsoft products is a plus
Strong knowledge of SQL Server is highly desired
Must be able to demonstrate strong communication and collaboration and teamwork skills
Experience managing a client relationship and performing Service Level Management is required
