Job Description
RETAIL ANALYST
Wilson Sporting Goods Co., the world’s premier ball sports equipment manufacturing company, seeks a Retail Analyst to join the Wilson Team at our corporate headquarters in Chicago located near O’Hare airport.
We seek a proactive individual who has tremendous attention to detail, self-initiative, communication and analytical skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with the Wilson sales and marketing teams to increase sales, market share and distribution with strategic Retail customers.
• Analyze, identify and pursue sales opportunities based on Retail sales trends, new product launches, and advertising/promotional strategies.
• Create and execute customized sales proposals based on specific Retail opportunities.
• Develop customer demand forecasts and financial plans based on weekly customer POS results and seasonal sales trends.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Consumer Research or Buying/Replenishment in a Consumer Products organization a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an Intermediate to Advanced level of ExcelStrong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong financial and analytical skills
•10% travel
