Job Description

Compensation:  $18.00 to $22.00 per hour

Our client is seeking a contract recruiter for a longer term contract assignment. This position will require the recruiter be a certified Internet recruiter (CIR). This position will be responsible for recruitment within multiple business units and geographies across the US. In addition, this position requires thorough knowledge of recruiting components including, but not limited to, employment policies and practices, legal constraints, sourcing, qualifying and interviewing techniques.

Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) preferred.
• Three (3) years experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Sales experience preferred.
• High volume recruiting experience preferred
