We have an exciting opportunity within our growing organization for an energetic, goal-oriented and curious minded individual who truly desires a career in the staffing industry. Responsibilities will include identifying qualified candidates for current open positions, conducting interviews, managing relationships with candidates and guiding them through the hiring process, making recommendations of qualified candidates to internal team members and hiring managers and completing the necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks

Job Requirements

We are looking for a sales driven individual who truly enjoys developing and nurturing relationships. The best match will be someone who is ambitious and enjoys being challenged and learning on a daily basis. Excellent communication skills are required to handle high volume phone calls daily and must be able to multi task several projects at one time as well as have an enthusiastic approach to client relations.  Great follow-up, attention to detail and confidence are a must. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission/ bonus quarterly. College degree preferred.
