Currently we are looking for a Project Management Analyst for our client in Peoria, IL area.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
" Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
" Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
" Direct, and evaluate employee work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
" Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Job Requirements
A successful candidate should have:
" Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
" Previous project management experience required strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead diverse teams
" Problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
" Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc, Primavera experience is a plus
" Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
