Position Summary: Overall supervision of all aspects of wireless site development from search ring issued through lease and zoning complete. ; Interfaces with RF, Operations, Network Design and Construction to meet the goals and objectives required. Essential Functions: - Ensures that all regulatory requirements are followed. - Ensures all leasing and zoning related milestones are entered into the project tracker system in a timely manner. - Works with architectural and engineering firms to coordinate all aspects of zoning and construction drawings. ; Also coordinates these functions with permitting and zoning consultants. - Reviews zoning drawings for compliance with RF, Landlord and jurisdictional requirements. - Ensures zoning and construction redline drawings are documented and sent to A&E firms for coordination and updating. - Coordinates the NTP process with landlords.

Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent /education. - 1 year site acquisition and zoning experience with wireless projects. - Must have general knowledge to understand the requirements to lease the required amount of land for tower site locations, rooftops or collocated sites. - Multiple site build out experience extremely helpful.
