Responsibilities and prospects for professional growth include:
- Draft legal documents under supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word 2010. Excel a plus
- Ideal candidate must be Bilingual in Spanish (able to read and write it as they will be typing up emails in Spanish.
- Help with office tickler filing system and legal filing
- Clerical duties as needed i.e. copies, answer phones, take messages
- Work directly with HR taking care of employees relations, policies & procedures. Prior HR experience a must.
- Learn the organizational chart, will be talking with key executives all around the world
- Hours 20-25 per week, flexible can be 11:00-4:30 or 12 noon to 5:00PM
- 16 employees in the office
- Highest level of confidentiality-must give high regard and value to confidential information, have integrity and protect all the sensitive information
- ASAP start for the right person
Education and experience required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or any legal certificate preferred. Plus 3-5 years specific legal experience.
