Senior Manager Virtual Sales Training ~ Drive Our Sales Team to Success!
For the experienced Virtual Sales Training professional, Dex One has a position to further develop your career in the design and delivery of virtual sales training. In the newly created role of Senior Manager Virtual Sales Training, you will partner with the instructional design team to develop the training that you will be responsible for delivering to our sales professionals around the country. As the first person in this position, you will be able to help to develop the role while you make an immediate impact on our sales professionals and the continued growth of our digital marketing solutions line of business. You will be tasked with developing the learning experiences that will help our sales people grow their own careers while you manage your own success as you track and report on learners' progress through the Digital Mastery Level Certificate program. Job Requirements
As our Senior Manager Virtual Sales Training based in Lone Tree, Colorado, Chicago, Illinois or Overland Park, Kansas you will be responsible for delivering all virtual instructor led training sessions (VILT) for the Digital Marketing Mastery Level Certification program at Dex One. Your previous experience working closely with instructional designers and sales teams will be important for success in this role as you will collaborate with both to create effective VILT learner engagement exercises and facilitator presentations for each course. The excellent written and verbal communication skills you offer are a must as you will prepare and deliver training presentations, learner progress and management reports, and effectively use less formal means of communication including e-mail, social networks and/or blogs. Your proven success delivering effective virtual training through a virtual program, including hosting skills (e.g. WebEx) and strong PowerPoint skills are required for this role, as are Excel and Word skills. Your previous experience developing multi-media presentations for delivery over a virtual platform is a huge plus! A proven ability to simplify complex concepts, detailed product information, and technical applications into clear, engaging and impactful learning experiences for sales reps and sales managers to positively impact sales revenue will be essential in this role. Prior experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) to enroll participants and track learning progress will put your candidacy ahead of the rest. Your true passion for virtual adult education will be evident as this position requires a strong dedication to the work and the end goals of the company as you deliver 20-30 monthly VILT sessions on digital marketing strategies to both Sales Managers and Marketing Consultants across the entire Dex One Sales organization.
