Adzinia, an Amazon company, is looking for a highly-motivated Account Manager to help scale our growing Display Advertising program.

This person will work with the sales, operations, and other Amazon business partners teams to manage display advertising campaigns on Amazon.com, IMDb.com, and DPReview.com – providing our clients with top-notch service, execution and campaign management.  Specific responsibilities include working with sales to create strategic media plans; project-managing all pre-launch work; owning campaign delivery; managing campaign performance through metrics analysis and reporting; and driving upsells and renewals.

The Account Manager will have a deep understanding of our display advertising products and technical/operational capabilities. S/he will also work with the display advertising design, product development, and technology teams to execute for our clients and drive tool and process improvements.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Ability to aggregate and analysis internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights for impactful optimizations and to drive upsells
• Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
• Strong project management skills
• Minimum of three years of online marketing, advertising, and/or sales experience
• Bachelor's degree; emphasis in Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred
