Be a part of the creative and exciting beauty industry!
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Fresno CosmoProf stores as Retail Sales Associates! Stores are located at 2606 E. Hedges and 68 E. Herndon.

Primary Functions & Efforts Required:

Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs;

Explain the benefits and use of products;

Recommend, select and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires;

Keep a tidy store, well stocked with products;

Display products and merchandizing kits in an orderly and attractive fashion to promote sales;

Answer phones and take down customers’ orders;

Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, and balancing cash drawers;

In the absence of the Store Manager, open & close the store, price orders, and make bank deposits.

Job Requirements
Technical Skills:

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction;

Beauty product knowledge and retail experience helpful;

Cosmetology experience preferred;

Cash handling experience.

Other Skills and Abilities Required:

Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs;

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings;

Team Player;

Follow-through on tasks/inquiries;

Strong communication & people skills;

Excellent customer service skills.
