As a Human Resources Manager with our client at their Birmingham Plant, you will provide daily generalist work including: employee relations, performance management, leadership development/training, compensation and benefits administration, and safety.
We are looking for an HR professional who believes in building solid business partnerships, “hands-on" employee engagement and who possesses a proven record of leading positive change. This location is a 3 shift, non-union operation with ~300 employees.
BA/BS Degree in Human Resources or related field
3-5 years plant HR experience in union avoidance/non-union environment
Ability to build solid relationships within the business in a matrix reporting structure
Local candidates are preferred, but relocation is available for the right candidate
